Questions

Is it really free?
Yes. A store pays MIRVA a monthly fee for its mirrors. Your membership costs that store nothing extra and costs you nothing at all.
Can I use a mirror without joining?
Yes. The mirror in a store works for anyone. Joining only adds a place to keep what you liked.
What happens to my pictures?
The camera is a mirror, not a recorder. A frame is sent to make a look only when you ask for one. Portraits you keep live in your wardrobe until you remove them. Portraits you don’t keep are deleted within two days. The privacy notice has the detail.
Why only six portraits a month at home?
Each portrait costs MIRVA a little to make, and at home there is no store paying for it. Six is what we can give everyone for free. In a store there is no limit for you.
Will I get discounts?
No. Stores run their own sales in their own way. MIRVA is about choosing well, not about paying less.
How do I leave?
Open your account, go to You, and choose Delete my account. Everything goes with it, straight away.
